Anushiya’s work involves the relationship with the natural and cultural environment, and how displacement, whether by choice or not, can shape a sense of self and place. Anushiya incorporates a diverse range of media to reflect the intricate and layered nature of belonging, identity and place.  Majella’s recent work uses her Irish rural background as a starting point to examine ideas of place, history and travel, using strategies of gathering and reusing in relation to the Irish landscape, this body of work incorporates printmaking, painting and collage.
