John Breakey

Associate membership from 1977-2015.
John studied first and qualified at Belfast College of Art from 1953-1958 before moving to London to attend the Slade School of Art, 1958-1960, he studied drawing, painting, etching and lithography. John was elected an Academician of The Royal Ulster Academy of Arts and was Vice President of the RUA 2003-2004 he was Honorary life member of the Ulster Arts Club and gained a place at the Tamarind Institute New Mexico USA To study lithography. In 1988 John received a travel award from the Arts Council of Northern Ireland to study Print Workshops in Paris.
