Mount Palomar is a versatile artist based in Belfast who seamlessly navigates the realms of electronic music and visual art. Through a distinctive blend of talents, Mount Palomar has emerged as a notable figure in Belfast's artistic scene, leaving a lasting impact on both local and broader creative spheres.

As a music producer and visual artist, Mount Palomar has devised an innovative concept known as "Resonate." This monthly event, commencing in September, aims to fuse electronic music with visual artistry. The event will feature local DJs alongside Mount Palomar, offering a fresh and immersive experience. Furthermore, the event provides a platform for local visual artists to showcase and sell their work.

Under the alias Mount Palomar, Neil Kerr, an Irish LGBT electronic producer, gained swift recognition in 2018. Following his debut live performance, he secured a slot at Berlin's Berghain nightclub, a feat he repeated four times in his first year. His success in securing a prime slot during the venue's gay pride event underscored his reputation as an innovative artist.

Mount Palomar's musical output includes the self-released works "Black Knight’s Tango" and "The Perils Of Youth" in 2019. These EPs defied conventions, earning acclaim for their emotional depth and originality. His music transcends typical dance tracks, offering a unique and resonant approach.

Beyond music, Mount Palomar has shared stages with prominent artists like Bicep and Avalon Emerson. Performances at venues such as Printworks London and the AVA Festival's Boiler Room stage solidified his status. PRS For Music acknowledged Mount Palomar as a noteworthy techno act in 2020.

Returning with tracks like "Simmer" and "Echo Chamber," Mount Palomar's recent work culminates in the "BRACE FOR IMPACT" EP, set for release on November 14th. This forthcoming release is poised to captivate audiences with its distinct sound and artistic direction.
